About Us

Founded in 2019, Lion Rock Cafe is an organization dedicated to deepening mutual understanding and solidarity between the United States and Hong Kong through arts and culture. Borrowing the French Salon concept – LRC has no fixed location and brews no coffee. Our mission is to establish a platform for individuals and artists who believe in the same set of universal values of freedom, democracy, and justice. The cafe serves audiences across the United States and abroad through programs such as film screenings, art exhibits, and talks.
